So what does my video pay?!

Find your video in this list:

Short video, you talk, you say "No Hesi" in the first 3 seconds: no logo needed. $2 for every 1,000 views. You need at least 10,000 views.
Short video, you talk, you say "No Hesi" later in the video: logo needed. $2 for every 1,000 views. You need at least 10,000 views.
Short video, no talking, or you never say "No Hesi": logo needed. $0.25 for every 1,000 views. You need at least 100,000 views.
Short video made from another creator's video: logo needed, plus their name on screen. $0.25 for every 1,000 views. You need at least 100,000 views. Add your own talking and it's $2 for every 1,000 views, with at least 10,000 views.
Long YouTube video (longer than 3 minutes): put "No Hesi" in the title. No logo needed. $5 for every 1,000 engaged views. You need at least 2,000 engaged views.

Short video means anything on TikTok or Instagram. It also means YouTube videos that are 3 minutes or shorter.

What counts as talking?

To get the talking rate, you need all of these:

Your own voice for at least half the video
Real sentences. React all you want, but tell people what's going on.
You say "No Hesi" out loud at least once

A few words like "bro" or "no way" don't count. Words on the screen don't count. Never say "No Hesi"? Then it's the no-talking rate.

Made your video from another creator's video? Same rules. Tell people what happened, or break it down, in your own words.

"Wait, what's an engaged view?"

YouTube counts a view as soon as a video starts. Even if the person leaves right away. An engaged view only counts people who kept watching.

On long YouTube videos, we use engaged views for everything. Your pay, your minimum, your likes and your bonus. To find them, open YouTube Analytics. Click Metrics. Then check Engaged views.

How much can I make?

You can make up to $300 for one video. You can make up to $900 in one month. That counts short and long videos together, from the 1st of the month to the last day.

And if your video blows up... there's more. You get a bonus on top:

Short video where you talk: +$100 at 500,000 views. +$300 at 1,000,000 views.
Long YouTube video: +$100 at 100,000 engaged views. +$300 at 200,000 engaged views.

You get the bigger bonus, not both. Bonuses don't count toward your $900.

"Okay but what does that look like?"

You talk over a TikTok and it gets 60,000 views. That's $120.

Same TikTok, but you only say "bro" and "no way." That's the no-talking rate. With 60,000 views, it pays $0, because the no-talking rate needs 100,000 views.

Your long YouTube video gets 20,000 engaged views. That's $100.

You talk over a short and it gets 600,000 views. That's $300 plus a $100 bonus. $400 for one video.

Whose views count?

Most of our players live in the US. So enough of your viewers need to be there too:

TikTok: at least 15% from the US
Instagram: at least 30% from the US
YouTube: at least 25% from the US

People also have to like it. You need at least 15 likes for every 1,000 views. On YouTube it's 10.

Miss either one and the video pays $0. You can see both on your video's stats page. Check before you send it in.

What can I make?

Your runs. Your best moments. Montages. Guides for new players. Your friends trying it for the first time. Make whatever you want. Edit it however you like.

Using another creator's video? Put their name on the screen. If lots of people use the same moment, only the first 3 to send it in get paid. So be quick.

What do I do when I post?

Turn on the paid label. On TikTok it's called "Branded content." On Instagram it's "Paid partnership." On YouTube it's "Paid promotion." No label, no pay.

Put #nohesi #assettocorsa in your caption. Don't tag @nohesigg anywhere. It makes fewer people see your video.

If you need our logo, get it in our Discord. Make it easy to read. Don't make it see-through.

So how do I get paid?!

First, wait until your views slow down. There's no rush.

Then go to our Discord. Make a post in the payout-requests channel. Pick the Short-form or Longform tag. Put these in your post:

Your video link
Your name in No Hesi
A link to the other creator's video, if you used one
A screen recording of your stats page. Show views, likes and countries. For long YouTube videos, show engaged views too.

Make the recording right before you post. We pay for the views in the recording.

We check it in a few days. We tag it Approved, Paid or Rejected. If we say no, we tell you why.

Once we say yes, we open a private ticket with you for your PayPal. Then we pay you on Friday, in US dollars. PayPal takes a small fee by itself. You never pay anyone anything.

We will never DM you first. If someone DMs you about money, it's not us.

Posted the same video on TikTok and Instagram? We only pay for one. Send in the one with the most views. If we owe you less than $20, we add it to your next payment.

What gets me kicked out?

Buying views or likes. Using more than one account. Do either one and you're banned forever.

Posting someone's video without changing it. Cutting and editing is fine. Reposting it as-is is not.

Ruining other drivers' runs to get a clip. Racing hard is fine. Close passes are fine. Crashing is part of the game. But we won't pay for a video that only works because you wrecked someone.

Keep your video up for 90 days after we pay you.
